Martin is the CEO of Climate Asset Management, where he drives the strategic vision, operational excellence, and growth of the firm. With over 20 years of experience in climate finance and environmental investments, Martin specialises in natural capital, carbon markets, and innovative financial solutions that address global sustainability challenges. Before joining Climate Asset Management, Martin was a Partner at Pollination, where he was part of the team establishing the joint venture partnership with HSBC. His career includes leadership positions at the European Investment Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Earlier in his career, Martin also worked at the OECD and UNFCCC. Martin holds a M.A. from the University of Bonn and a MPA from Columbia University.
