Patrícia Silva is a Venture Partner at Satgana, a global Climate Tech Venture Capital firm backing purpose-driven founders building a planet-positive future, in Europe and Africa. She has spent eight years at the operational core of the CDR market – structuring offtake agreements, building removal portfolios, and advising buyers and developers on credit integrity. She brings 15 years in climate overall, with hands-on experience across the full CDR value chain: procurement, developer-side commercialisation, investment diligence, and net-zero strategy.
She has held senior roles at Patch and CUR8, where she led project due diligence and structured multi-million-dollar offtake agreements with global corporate buyers. She is a Venture Partner at Satgana, an early-stage climate tech fund active across Europe and Africa, where she applies the same commercial lens to early-stage CDR investment decisions.
Patrícia works with corporates designing credible removal strategies, developers navigating the path from certification to offtake, and investors conducting technical and commercial diligence on CDR assets. In 2024, she spent six months visiting carbon removal projects across the Global South – grounding her advisory practice in the realities of deployment.
She holds an MBA from Berkeley Haas and a double engineering degree from IST Lisbon.
